Welcome to Vibely! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vibely website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By registering for or using Vibely, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Vibely.

1. Eligibility

• By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.
